1 AN ACT concerning regulation.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the
5 Program to License Electricians Act.
6 Section 5. Definition. As used in this Act, "Department"
7 means the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
8 Section 10. Program to license electricians. The
9 Department shall create a program to license electricians in
10 this State. Once the program is in effect, all electricians in
11 the State must be licensed to practice in the State.
12 Section 15. Rulemaking authority. The Department has the
13 authority to adopt rules to create the program to license
14 electricians.
