11	11	1 AN ACT concerning State government.
12	12	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
13	13	3 represented in the General Assembly:
14	14	4 Section 5. The Illinois State Police Law of the Civil
15	15	5 Administrative Code of Illinois is amended by adding Section
16	16	6 2605-625 as follows:

18	18	8 Sec. 2605-625. Mental health support program
19	19	9 implementation. The Illinois State Police shall implement a
20	20	10 mental health support program for law enforcement officers who
21	21	11 are suffering post-traumatic stress disorder. The program
22	22	12 shall consist of guidelines for personalized care, physical
23	23	13 exercise including yoga and aerobic exercises, improvement of
24	24	14 posture, group therapy standards, improving flexibility, and
25	25	15 restoring confidence, and guidelines to maintain
26	26	16 confidentiality of information concerning officers suffering
27	27	17 from post-traumatic stress disorder and prevent that
28	28	18 information from being included in the officer's personnel
