2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act is
5 amended by adding Section 3.25 as follows:

7 Sec. 3.25. Beef packaging; country of origin.
8 Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any packaging of
9 beef sold in Illinois must have a label on the packaging that
