21 | 21 | | 11 presence of intentionally added ingredients in cosmetics. |

22 | 22 | | 12 (b) In this Section, "ingredient" means any component of a |

23 | 23 | | 13 cosmetic product as that term is defined under 21 CFR 700.3. |

24 | 24 | | 14 (c) Beginning January 1, 2025, no person or entity shall |

25 | 25 | | 15 manufacture, sell, deliver, hold, or offer for sale in |

26 | 26 | | 16 commerce any cosmetic product that contains any of the |
