1 AN ACT concerning education.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The School Code is amended by changing Section
5 10-22.26 as follows:
6 (105 ILCS 5/10-22.26) (from Ch. 122, par. 10-22.26)
7 Sec. 10-22.26. School Lunch Program - Purchase of
8 Equipment. To maintain and and operate a school lunch program
9 in accordance with applicable regulations of the State Board
10 of Education and agencies of the United States government.
11 Equipment to be used in the school lunch program shall be paid
12 for from the operations and maintenance fund of the district
13 or from any surplus remaining in the school lunch account at
14 the end of the school term.
