SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates the sum of $67,622,000, or so much thereof as
may be necessary, from the Build Illinois Bond Fund to the
Capital Development Board for the demolition and remediation
of the buildings on the site of the former Jacksonville
Development Center. Effective July 1, 2023.

AN ACT concerning appropriations. 1
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
in the General Assembly: 3
Section 5. The amount of $67,622,000, or so much thereof 4
as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois 5
Bond Fund to the Capital Development Boar d for the demolition 6
and remediation of the buildings on the site of the former 7
Jacksonville Development Center. 8
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 9
2023. 10
