12	12	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
13	13	3 represented in the General Assembly:
14	14	4 Section 5. The Local Governmental and Governmental
15	15	5 Employees Tort Immunity Act is amended by changing Section
16	16	6 1-101 as follows:
