84 | 84 | | 17 Vice-President of the United States, juror or witness; or |

85 | 85 | | 18 (e) He or she solicits, receives, retains, or agrees |
---|
86 | 86 | | 19 to accept any property or personal advantage pursuant to |
---|
87 | 87 | | 20 an understanding that he or she shall improperly influence |
---|
88 | 88 | | 21 or attempt to influence the performance of any act related |
---|
89 | 89 | | 22 to the employment or function of any public officer, |

91 | 91 | | 24 of the United States, juror or witness. |

92 | 92 | | 25 As used in this Section, "tenders" means any delivery or |
