The Lodging Services Human Trafficking 5 Recognition Training Act is amended by adding Sections 20 and 6 25 as follows: 7 (820 ILCS 95/20 new) 8 Sec. 20. Certification of compliance; government patronage 9 limited. The Department shall establish a program to provide 10 certification of compliance to lodging establishments that 11 comply with the requirements of Section 15. The certification 12 program shall provide that confirmation of a lodging 13 establishment's certification status is available on the 14 Department's Internet website. 15 (820 ILCS 95/25 new) 16 Sec. 25.
