Appropriates $10,000,000, or so much thereof as may be
necessary, from the Road Fund to the Department of
Transportation for construction of the Curtis Road Grade
Crossing. Effective July 1, 2023.

AN ACT concerning appropriations. 1
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
in the General Assembly: 3
Section 5. The amount of $10,000,000, or so much thereof 4
as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road Fund to the 5
Department of Transportation for constr uction of the Curtis 6
Road Grade Crossing at the intersection of Curtis Road at U.S. 7
Route 45 and the crossing of the Canadian National Railway . 8
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 9
2023. 10
