SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $2,500,000, or so much thereof as may be
necessary, from the Build Illinois Bond Fund to the Department
of Transportation for the demolition of abandoned buildings on
the campus of Lincoln's Challenge Academy in the Village of
Rantoul. Effective July 1, 2023.

AN ACT concerning appropriations. 1
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
in the General Assembly: 3
Section 5. The amount of $2,500,000, or so much thereof as 4
may be necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois Bond 5
Fund to the Department of Transportat ion for the demolition of 6
abandoned buildings on the campus of Lincoln's Challenge 7
Academy in the Village of Rantoul. 8
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 9
2023. 10
