1111 1 AN ACT concerning elections.
1212 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
1313 3 represented in the General Assembly:
1414 4 Section 5. The Election Code is amended by changing

1717 7 Sec. 6-17. Dissolution.
1818 8 (a) Except as provided in subsection (b), whenever
