1 AN ACT concerning education.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The School Code is amended by adding Sections
5 10-20.85 and 34-18.82 as follows:

7 Sec. 10-20.85. Cyber attack report. A school district must
