1 AN ACT concerning local government.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Municipal Code is amended by
5 adding Section 11-19-6.5 as follows:

7 Sec. 11-19-6.5. Hauler protective chute. A hauler licensed
8 to provide waste hauling service in a municipality must offer
9 the municipality an option to install on the hauler's trucks a
