1414 1 AN ACT concerning State government.
1515 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
1616 3 represented in the General Assembly:
1717 4 Section 5. The Illinois Act on the Aging is amended by
1818 5 adding Section 4.17 as follows:
1919 6 (20 ILCS 105/4.17 new)
2020 7 Sec. 4.17. Grant technical assistance.
2121 8 (a) The Department shall provide technical assistance in
2222 9 the form of training to local governmental entities and
2323 10 not-for-profit human service entities located within Illinois
2424 11 that request such assistance for the purpose of procuring
2525 12 grants. The Department shall prioritize:
2626 13 (1) entities that are current grant recipients and are
2727 14 routinely noncompliant with grant award requirements; and
2828 15 (2) entities that have lost Department grant funding
2929 16 in the last 5 years and are seeking to reapply for grant
3030 17 funding.
3131 18 (b) The Department shall adopt any rules necessary to
3232 19 implement this Section.
3333 20 Section 10. The Children and Family Services Act is

7777 3 (a) The Department shall provide technical assistance in

120120 12 (a) The Department shall provide technical assistance in
