1 AN ACT concerning finance.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Architectural, Engineering, and Land
5 Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act is amended by
6 changing Section 55 as follows:
7 (30 ILCS 535/55) (from Ch. 127, par. 4151-55)
8 Sec. 55. Firm performance evaluation. Each State agency
9 shall evaluate the performance of each firm upon completion of
10 a contract. That evaluation shall be made available to the
11 firm who may submit a written response, with the evaluation
12 and response retained solely by the agency. The evaluation and
13 response shall not be made available to any other person or
14 firm without the consent of the evaluated firm and is exempt
15 from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act.
