11	11	1 AN ACT concerning finance.
12	12	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
13	13	3 represented in the General Assembly:
14	14	4 Section 5. The Architectural, Engineering, and Land
15	15	5 Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act is amended by
16	16	6 changing Section 55 as follows:
17	17	7 (30 ILCS 535/55) (from Ch. 127, par. 4151-55)
18	18	8 Sec. 55. Firm performance evaluation. Each State agency
19	19	9 shall evaluate the performance of each firm upon completion of
20	20	10 a contract. That evaluation shall be made available to the
21	21	11 firm who may submit a written response, with the evaluation
22	22	12 and response retained solely by the agency. The evaluation and
23	23	13 response shall not be made available to any other person or
24	24	14 firm without the consent of the evaluated firm and is exempt
25	25	15 from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act.
