SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent
expenses of the Office of Executive Inspector General for the
fiscal year beginning July 1, 2023, as follows:

Other State Funds $ 1,610,800
Total $10,393,500

AN ACT concerning appropriations. 1
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
in the General Assembly: 3
ARTICLE 1 4
Section 5. The amount of $8, 782,700, or so much thereof 5
as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue 6
Fund to the Office of Executi ve Inspector General for its 7
ordinary and contingent expenses. 8
Section 10. The amount of $1,610,800, or so much thereof 9
as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Public 10
Transportation Fund to the Office of Executive Inspector 11
General for its ordina ry and contingent expenses. 12
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 13
2023. 14
