15	15	Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent
16	16	expenses of the Commission on Equity and Inclusion for the
17	17	fiscal year beginning July 1, 2023, as follows:

31	31	AN ACT concerning appropriations. 1

33	33	Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
34	34	in the General Assembly: 3

36	36	ARTICLE 1 4

38	38	Section 1. The sum of $2,800,000, or so much thereof as 5
39	39	may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund 6
40	40	to the Commission on Equity and Inclusion for the ordinary and 7
41	41	contingent expenses of the Commission. 8

43	43	Section 5. The sum of $4,000,000, or so much thereof as 9
44	44	may be necessary, is appropriated from the Professional 10
45	45	Services Fund to the Commission on Equity and Inclusion for the 11
46	46	ordinary and contingent expenses of the Commission . 12

48	48	Section 10. The amount of $300,000, or so much thereof as 13
49	49	may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund 14
50	50	to the Commission on Equity and Inclusion for costs and expenses 15
51	51	associated with outreach, engagement, and services to support 16
52	52	the Business Enterprise Program. 17

54	54	Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 18
