35	35	Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2

40	40	Section 5. The sum of $ 7,000,000, or so much thereof as 5
41	41	may be necessary, is appropriated to the Illinois Student 6
42	42	Assistance Commission from the Ge neral Revenue Fund to meet its 7
43	43	operational expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 202 4. 8
