SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent
expenses of the Illinois Sports Facilities Authority for the
fiscal year beginning July 1, 2023, as follows:

AN ACT concerning appropriations. 1
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
in the General Assembly: 3
ARTICLE 1 4
Section 1. The sum of $7 6,515,300, or so much thereof as 5
may be necessary, is appropriated from the Illinois Sports 6
Facilities Fund to the Illinois Sports Facilities Authority for 7
its corporate purposes. 8
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 9
2023. 10
