3434 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2

3939 Section 1. The sum of $1 6,082,400, or so much thereof as 5
4040 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund 6
4141 to the Department of Human Rights for operational expenses of 7

4545 be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to 10
