16	16	expenses of the Department of Human Rights for the fiscal year

32	32	AN ACT concerning appropriations. 1

34	34	Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
35	35	in the General Assembly: 3

37	37	ARTICLE 1 4

39	39	Section 1. The sum of $1 6,082,400, or so much thereof as 5
40	40	may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund 6
41	41	to the Department of Human Rights for operational expenses of 7
42	42	the Department. 8

44	44	Section 5. The sum of $525,000, or so much thereof as may 9
45	45	be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to 10
46	46	the Department of Human Rights for costs associated with 11
47	47	employer and employee training programs. 12

49	49	Section 10. The sum of $ 625,000, or so much thereof as may 13
50	50	be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to 14
51	51	the Department of Human Rights for costs associated with the 15
52	52	Commission on Discrimination and Hate Crimes. 16

55	55	be necessary, is appropriated from the Department of Human 18

61	61	Section 20. The sum of $4,794,800, or so much thereof as 3
62	62	may be necessary, is appropriated from the Special Projects 4
63	63	Division Fund to the Department of Human Rights for operational 5
64	64	expenses of the Department. 6

67	67	be necessary, is appropriated from the Department of Human 8
68	68	Rights Special Fund to the Department of Human Rights for the 9
69	69	purpose of filing expenses associated with the Department of 10

73	73	may be necessary, is appropriated from the Hate Crimes and Bias 13
74	74	Incident Prevention and Response Fund to the Department of 14
75	75	Human Rights for grants and administrative expenses associated 15
76	76	with the eradication of hate crimes and bias inci dents. 16

78	78	Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 17
