expenses of the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum
for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2023, as follows:

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
in the General Assembly: 3
ARTICLE 1 4
Section 5. The following named amounts, or so much thereof 5
as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated to the 6
Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum for ordinary 7
and contingent expenses including grants: 8
Payable from the General Revenue Fund ............11,328,400 9
Payable from the Presidential Library 10
and Museum Operating Fund ........................ 5,139,000 11
Payable from the Tourism Promotion Fund ...........9,683,400 12
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 13
