2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

4 Section 5. The Common Interest Community Association Act
5 is amended by changing Section 1-1 as follows:

7 Sec. 1-1. Short title. This Article may be cited as the the
8 Common Interest Community Association Act, and references in
9 this Article to "this Act" mean this Article.
