11	11	1 AN ACT concerning local government.
12	12	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
13	13	3 represented in the General Assembly:
14	14	4 Section 5. The Park District Code is amended by changing
15	15	5 Section 9-2 as follows:
16	16	6 (70 ILCS 1205/9-2) (from Ch. 105, par. 9-2)
17	17	7 Sec. 9-2. Every park district is authorized to acquire by
18	18	8 purchase or condemnation under power of eminent domain, or
19	19	9 lease, real estate, in whole or in part, either within or
20	20	10 without the the corporate limits of said park district for the
21	21	11 purpose of establishing or expanding for said district an
22	22	12 airport and landing field for aircraft, and to provide
23	23	13 hangars, shops, and other necessary equipment and
24	24	14 appurtenances therefor usually incident to the operation of an
25	25	15 airport, and to maintain and operate the same.
