1 AN ACT concerning local government.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Museum District Act is amended by changing
5 Section 3 as follows:
6 (70 ILCS 1105/3) (from Ch. 85, par. 6803)
7 Sec. 3. Authorization to create district. Whenever an area
8 of contiguous territory lying wholly within one county
9 contains one or more historical sites and and one or more
10 municipalities, the territory may be incorporated as a museum
11 district as provided in this Act.
