231 | 231 | | 14 (b) Any ordinance establishing a system of administrative |

232 | 232 | | 15 adjudication under this Section shall provide for: |
---|
233 | 233 | | 16 (1) A traffic compliance administrator authorized to |
---|
234 | 234 | | 17 adopt, distribute, and process parking, compliance, and |
---|
235 | 235 | | 18 automated speed enforcement system or automated traffic |
---|
236 | 236 | | 19 law violation notices and other notices required by this |
---|
237 | 237 | | 20 Section, collect money paid as fines and penalties for |
---|
238 | 238 | | 21 violation of parking and compliance ordinances and |
---|
239 | 239 | | 22 automated speed enforcement system or automated traffic |
---|
240 | 240 | | 23 law violations, and operate an administrative adjudication |

265 | 265 | | 12 With regard to automated speed enforcement system or |
---|
266 | 266 | | 13 automated traffic law violations, vehicle make shall be |
---|
267 | 267 | | 14 specified on the automated speed enforcement system or |
---|
268 | 268 | | 15 automated traffic law violation notice if the notice does |
---|
269 | 269 | | 16 not include a photograph of the vehicle and the make is |
---|
270 | 270 | | 17 available and readily discernible. With regard to |
---|
271 | 271 | | 18 municipalities or counties with a population of 1 million |
---|
272 | 272 | | 19 or more, it shall be grounds for dismissal of a parking |
---|
