4-AN ACT concerning employment.
5-Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
6-represented in the General Assembly:
7-Section 5. The Labor Dispute Act is amended by changing
8-Section 1 and by adding Section 1.4a as follows:
9-(820 ILCS 5/1) (from Ch. 48, par. 2a)
10-Sec. 1. No restraining order, award of monetary damages,
11-except for damage done to an employer's property as a result of
12-conduct prohibited by law, or injunction shall be granted by
13-any court of this State in any case involving or growing out of
14-a dispute concerning terms or conditions of employment,
15-enjoining or restraining any person or persons, either singly
16-or in concert, from terminating any relation of employment or
17-from ceasing to perform any work or labor, or from peaceably
18-and without threats or intimidation recommending, advising, or
19-persuading others so to do; or from peaceably and without
20-threats or intimidation being upon any public street, or
21-thoroughfare or highway for the purpose of obtaining or
22-communicating information, or to peaceably and without threats
23-or intimidation persuade any person or persons to work or to
24-abstain from working, or to employ or to peaceably and without
25-threats or intimidation cease to employ any party to a labor
26-dispute, or to recommend, advise, or persuade others so to do.
3+1 AN ACT concerning employment.
