11	11	1 AN ACT concerning employment.
12	12	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
13	13	3 represented in the General Assembly:
14	14	4 Section 5. The Workers' Compensation Act is amended by
15	15	5 changing Section 15 as follows:
16	16	6 (820 ILCS 305/15) (from Ch. 48, par. 138.15)
17	17	7 Sec. 15. The The Commission shall report in writing to the
18	18	8 Governor on the 30th day of June, annually, the details and
19	19	9 results of its administration of this Act, and may prepare and
20	20	10 issue such special bulletins and reports from time to time as
21	21	11 may seem advisable. The annual report shall include, but need
22	22	12 not be limited to, the following:
23	23	13 (a) Information as to the type of insurance coverage
24	24	14 elected by various employers in this State;
25	25	15 (b) A summary of the information received in reports filed
26	26	16 by employers pursuant to Section 6(b) such as the average
27	27	17 weekly wage of injured workers, the number of injuries and
28	28	18 diseases; average benefit levels; average duration of
29	29	19 disability, when available; the average payment for hospital
30	30	20 and medical care; average funeral benefit in death cases;
31	31	21 average benefit payment broken down by type of benefit; and
32	32	22 case disposition; and
33	33	23 (c) Such other information about the Commission's
