1 AN ACT concerning elections.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Election Code is amended by adding Section
5 13-10.2 as follows:
6 (10 ILCS 5/13-10.2 new)
7 Sec. 13-10.2. Election judge compensation; county
8 reimbursement. The State Board of Elections shall reimburse a
9 county up to $50 for an amount paid to an election judge under
10 Section 13-10 or 13-11 that is in excess of $100 per day. This
11 Section shall not affect the calculation of an election
12 judge's compensation under Section 13-10.
