11	11	1 AN ACT concerning elections.
12	12	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
13	13	3 represented in the General Assembly:
14	14	4 Section 5. The Election Code is amended by changing
15	15	5 Section 19-2.5 as follows:
16	16	6 (10 ILCS 5/19-2.5)
17	17	7 Sec. 19-2.5. Notice for vote by mail ballot. An election
18	18	8 authority shall notify all qualified voters, except voters who
19	19	9 have applied for permanent vote by mail status under
20	20	10 subsection (b) of Section 19-3 or voters who submit a written
21	21	11 request to be excluded from the permanent vote by mail status,
22	22	12 not more than 90 days nor less than 45 days before a general or
23	23	13 consolidated election, of the option for permanent vote by
24	24	14 mail status using the following notice and including the
25	25	15 application for permanent vote by mail status in subsection
26	26	16 (b) of Section 19-3:
27	27	17 "You may apply to permanently be placed on vote by mail
28	28	18 status using the attached application.".
