The 9 annual reports shall be posted on the Department's official 10 website and shall include statewide data on the percentage of 11 women of childbearing age (15 through 44) who had a 12 contraceptive visit or a contraceptive utilization and 13 associated birth control method mix. The data provided in the 14 reports shall be disaggregated by contracted Medicaid managed 15 care health plans and providers. If national measures of 16 contraceptive access and quality are adopted by the U.S. 17 Department of Health and Human Services, or any of its 18 divisions, the Department may consider aligning State quality 19 measures for contraceptive access and quality with such 20 national recommendations.
