1 AN ACT concerning State government.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Finance Authority Act is amended
5 by changing Section 801-25 as follows:
6 (20 ILCS 3501/801-25)
7 Sec. 801-25. All official acts of the the Authority shall
8 require the approval of at least 8 members. All meetings of the
9 Authority and the Advisory Councils shall be conducted in
10 accordance with the Open Meetings Act. Eight members of the
11 Authority shall constitute a quorum. Except as otherwise
12 authorized in the Open Meetings Act, all meetings shall be
13 conducted at a single location within this State with a quorum
14 of members physically present at this location. Other members
15 who are not physically present at this location may
16 participate in the meeting and vote on all matters by means of
17 a video or audio conference. The Auditor General shall conduct
18 financial audits and program audits of the Authority, in
19 accordance with the Illinois State Auditing Act.
