12	12	1 AN ACT concerning transportation.
13	13	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
14	14	3 represented in the General Assembly:
15	15	4 Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by
16	16	5 changing Section 1-158 and adding Section 1-131.6 as follows:
17	17	6 (625 ILCS 5/1-131.6 new)
18	18	7 Sec. 1-131.6. Skateboard. Any non-pedestrian device
19	19	8 consisting of a deck with one or more wheels or rollers mounted
20	20	9 thereon and upon which the operator stands, sits, or lies
21	21	10 during use.

23	23	12 Sec. 1-158. Pedestrian. Any person afoot, or wearing
