11	11	1 AN ACT concerning regulation.
12	12	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
13	13	3 represented in the General Assembly:
14	14	4 Section 5. The Illinois Insurance Code is amended by
15	15	5 adding Section 356z.61 as follows:

17	17	7 Sec. 356z.61. Coverage for annual menopause health visit.
18	18	8 A group or individual policy of accident and health insurance
19	19	9 that is amended, delivered, issued, or renewed on or after the
20	20	10 effective date of this amendatory Act of the 103rd General
21	21	11 Assembly shall provide, for individuals 40 years of age and
22	22	12 older, coverage for an annual menopause health visit with a
23	23	13 North American Menopause Society Certified Menopause
24	24	14 Practitioner without imposing a deductible, coinsurance,
25	25	15 copayment, or any other cost-sharing requirement upon the
26	26	16 insured.
