1 AN ACT concerning revenue.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The State Property Control Act is amended by
5 adding Section 6.05 as follows:
6 (30 ILCS 605/6.05 new)
7 Sec. 6.05. Policy of care for a State-owned vehicle. The
8 Director of Central Management Services shall develop a
9 written policy of expectations of care for employees with
10 custody of State-owned vehicles. This policy shall include
11 stated consequences if an employee with custody of a
12 State-owned vehicle does not meet the expectations of care set
13 forth in the policy, and the Department of Central Management
14 Services shall enforce those consequences.
15 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
16 becoming law.
