11	11	1 AN ACT concerning revenue.
12	12	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
13	13	3 represented in the General Assembly:
14	14	4 Section 5. The State Property Control Act is amended by
15	15	5 adding Section 6.05 as follows:
16	16	6 (30 ILCS 605/6.05 new)
17	17	7 Sec. 6.05. Policy of care for a State-owned vehicle. The
18	18	8 Director of Central Management Services shall develop a
19	19	9 written policy of expectations of care for employees with
20	20	10 custody of State-owned vehicles. This policy shall include
21	21	11 stated consequences if an employee with custody of a
22	22	12 State-owned vehicle does not meet the expectations of care set
23	23	13 forth in the policy, and the Department of Central Management
24	24	14 Services shall enforce those consequences.
25	25	15 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
26	26	16 becoming law.
