9	9	1 AN ACT concerning property.
10	10	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
11	11	3 represented in the General Assembly:
12	12	4 Section 5. The State of Illinois owns the following
13	13	5 described real estate, which is under the control of the
14	14	6 Department of Central Management Services:
15	15	7 That part of Section 36, Township 36 North, Range 12,
16	16	8 East of the Third Principal Meridian, lying Southerly of
17	17	9 the Southerly Line of the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific
18	18	10 Railroad,
19	19	11 (Excepting therefrom that portion described as
20	20	12 follows:
21	21	13 That part of the West 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of said
22	22	14 Section 36 lying South of the Center Line of the North
23	23	15 Branch of the Flossmoor Road Drainage Ditch; Also that
24	24	16 part of the South 46 Acres of the East 1/2 of the Southwest
25	25	17 1/4 of said Section 36, lying South and West of the Center
26	26	18 Line of the North Branch of the Flossmoor Road Drainage

135	135	15 convey by quitclaim deed all right, title, and interest of the
136	136	16 State of Illinois and the Department of Central Management
137	137	17 Services in and to the real estate described in Section 5 of
138	138	18 this Act to the Village of Tinley Park for economic
139	139	19 development and remediation of environmental hazards, for no
140	140	20 less than the fair market value as determined by an average of
141	141	21 2 appraisals. The proceeds from the sale shall be deposited
142	142	22 into the Mental Health Fund.

154	154	1 shall obtain a certified copy of this Act within 60 days after
155	155	2 its effective date and shall record the certified document in
156	156	3 the Recorder's Office of Cook County, Illinois.
157	157	4 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
158	158	5 becoming law.
