1 AN ACT concerning safety.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Gasoline Storage Act is amended by adding
5 Section 6.2 as follows:
6 (430 ILCS 15/6.2 new)
7 Sec. 6.2. Residential refueling by watercraft. The State
8 Fire Marshal shall allow residential refueling services to be
9 provided by watercraft that are approved by the State Fire
10 Marshal to provide fuel and that meet all applicable fire
11 safety standards.
