11	11	1 AN ACT concerning health.
12	12	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
13	13	3 represented in the General Assembly:
14	14	4 Section 5. The Food Handling Regulation Enforcement Act is
15	15	5 amended by adding Section 3.10 as follows:

17	17	7 Sec. 3.10. Provider of food handling training. A provider
18	18	8 of food handling training may not use fees paid by employees
19	19	9 who take the providers' food handling training, for the
20	20	10 purpose of lobbying. The Department of Public Health, or the
21	21	11 Department's designee, shall have the ability to subpoena
22	22	12 books and records to enforce this Section. The Department
23	23	13 shall file a civil penalty, as set by rule, for a provider of
24	24	14 food handling training violating this Section.
