12	12	1 AN ACT concerning revenue.
13	13	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
14	14	3 represented in the General Assembly:
15	15	4 Section 5. The Property Tax Code is amended by adding
16	16	5 Division 22 to Article 10 as follows:

22	22	11 telecommunication towers that are not otherwise exempt under a
23	23	12 specific provision of this Code are subject to local property
24	24	13 taxes and shall be valued according to policies adopted by the
25	25	14 chief county assessment officer.
26	26	15 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
27	27	16 becoming law.
