The amount of $5,000,000, or so much of that 4 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department 5 of Public Health to provide health care professionals, 6 including, but not limited to, visiting home nurses, community 7 health care workers, certified nurs ing assistants, and 8 physician assistants, in Cook County with COVID -19-related 9 resources, including, but not limited to, vaccinations, at -10 home testing, contact tracing, and educational campaigns. 11 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 12 2023. 13
