22 | 22 | | 12 (b) As soon as practicable after the effective date of |

23 | 23 | | 13 this amendatory Act of the 103rd General Assembly, units of |

24 | 24 | | 14 local government in this State shall adopt an ordinance or |
---|
25 | 25 | | 15 resolution that regulates, in a manner no less restrictive |
---|
26 | 26 | | 16 than this Section, contracts between those units of local |
---|
27 | 27 | | 17 government and businesses, persons, or other entities that |
---|
28 | 28 | | 18 have been found to have committed insurrection or advocated |
---|
29 | 29 | | 19 the overthrow of the federal or State government. |
