1111 1 AN ACT concerning government.
1212 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
1313 3 represented in the General Assembly:
1414 4 Section 5. The State Officials and Employees Ethics Act is
1515 5 amended by adding Section 70-25 as follows:

1717 7 Sec. 70-25. State's Attorneys. In addition to any other
1818 8 applicable requirement of law, the State's Attorneys of each
1919 9 county of this State, and the Assistant State's Attorneys
2020 10 working thereunder, shall abide by the ethics laws applicable
2121 11 to, and the ethics policies of, the county for which they work
2222 12 and, if applicable, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of
