AN ACT concerning appropriations. 1
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
in the General Assembly: 3
Section 5. The sum of $10,000,000, or so much of that 4
amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General 5
Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for a grant 6
to the Black Fire Brigade. 7
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 8
2023. 9
