Appropriates $75,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to
the Healthy Local Food Incentives Fund to implement the Healthy
Local Food Incentives Program. Effective July 1, 202 3.

AN ACT concerning appropriations. 1
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
in the General Assembly: 3
Section 5. The sum of $75,000,000, or so much of that amount 4
as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue 5
Fund to the Healthy Local Food Incentives Fund to implement the 6
Healthy Local Food Incentives Program. 7
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 8
2023. 9
