1 AN ACT concerning finance.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Procurement Code is amended by
5 adding Section 55-30 as follows:
6 (30 ILCS 500/55-30 new)
7 Sec. 55-30. Value-added reseller. For the purchase of any
8 goods where a value-added reseller is used, the manufacturer
9 of the goods must attest that every value-added reseller has
10 the same discount or price from the manufacturer in order for
11 the bid to be compliant.
12 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
13 becoming law.
