Appropriates $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to
the Illinois Community College Board for a grant to Rock Valley
College to fund Rock Valley College’s Summer Manufacturing and
Readiness Technology camp. Effective July 1, 2023.

AN ACT concerning appropriations. 1
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
in the General Assembly: 3
Section 5. The sum of $1,000,000, or so much of that sum 4
as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue 5
Fund to the Illinois Community College B oard for a grant to 6
Rock Valley College to fund Rock Valley College’s Summer 7
Manufacturing and Readiness Technology camp. 8
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 9
2023. 10
