Appropriates $600,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the
Courts Commission for its ordinary and contingent expenses.

AN ACT concerning appropriations. 1
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
in the General Assembly: 3
Section 5. The amount of $600,000, or so much of that amount 4
as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue 5
Fund to the Courts Commission for its ordinary and contingent 6
expenses. 7
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 8
2023. 9
