15	15	Appropriates specified amounts to the Office of the State
16	16	Appellate Defender for the following purposes: personal
17	17	services; State contributions to Social Security; contractual
18	18	services; travel; commodities; printing; equipment; EDP;
19	19	telecommunications; ordinary and contingent expenses of the
20	20	Expungement Program; to provide statewide training public
21	21	defenders under the Public Defender Training Program; and to
22	22	develop a Juvenile Defender Resource Center. Effective July 1,

35	35	Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2

38	38	Section 5. The following named amounts, or so much of those 4
39	39	amounts as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and 5
40	40	purposes named, are appropriated fro m the General Revenue Fund 6
41	41	to meet the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Office of 7
42	42	the State Appellate Defender. 8
